02.State the facts only. No adjectives. No emotional framing. What happened, when, what the consequence was.
03.Name the damage. How much did it reduce your resolution — your sense of validity, direction, or will.
04.Name the pattern. If this incident reminds you of something historical, literary, or structural — say so. That connection is the data.
05.State the verdict you want. What would justice look like in 2126. Be specific.
